Leigh Kinch-Pedrosa will Sit on Maker Panel at IGSF’s Food, Fermentation, and Feminism Conference

Combining her years of experience in the restaurant industry and her love of public speaking, Leigh Kinch-Pedrosa will take part in the Women in Food/Fermentation Industries maker panel (October 1st from 11:15-12:15). She will be joined by Chef Alice Vanasse (Le Diplomate) and Chef Dominique Dufour (Les Femmes Chef du Montreal).

Food, Fermentation, and Feminism will be held on September 30th, 2017- October 1st, 2017 at the Institute for Gender, Sexuality, and Feminist Studies at McGill University. Admission is free, but registration is required by September 25th.
